Wobber Offenses
A Wobbler Offense is comprised of certain crimes which can be charged either as a felony or a misdemeanor. It is important to note that even if a Wobbler begins as a felony, it can be reduced to a misdemeanor at the sentencing hearing or after the completion of probation.
